Hi,
Here is my impression :)

It was a very interesting experience. The realistic simulation of the deportation was a stimulator for reflection. Being there, remembering the events and trying to understand what that people felt is a small tribute to their suffering. Going off the bus, you realized that your are not welcome there, it will not be a walk in the park, they made it clear that your life is not worth anything and that the few survive, the better for the state. Experiencing something like that, even if it was a act, is very important to me. We have to learn from our history and hope that something like that doesn't happen again. I think that schools/universities should offer such possibilities as compulsory.

Thank you for the trip.

PS: it was more quiet in the bus, when returning from the camp. Maybe I was not the only one reflecting.

Hello!
It was not so terrible as they say...just, we started with something that may be hard for chlostrophobian, 40 people in a truck which can only contain 15 people, waiting 30 min in a dark prison, eating a soup and a piece of bread and working in the forest. I think that everybody can do this ;)

We really enjoyed the deportation day, but i would prefer something more difficult, with more blood and maybe during 1 week and not only 1 day!!!

Hello,
I’m Virginija Lekavičiūtė from KTU, Deportation day Project was the best experience that I have had with Erasmus this semester.

It was the best Saturday this semester. I’d like everything, maybe just in KGB museum we have had not enough time, there we just ran through museum very fast.

The soldiers were super serious and it seams so real the drama in bunker. It was amazing not just to look in the history but to participate and survive that.

Thank you,
Virginija

Hello,
It was a really good experience even if we waited something harder, maybe if the game would be longer it would be even more realistic (a week for example :) ). But anyway it was great to participate to this project and I advice anyone to go there.
Thank you.

Hi!
The KGB museum was brilliant and shocked me more than the soviet bunker. We can remember when we were in the museum’s basement and when the tourist guide say to us "in this room, the kgb take of the eye of ......."

The soviet bunker was nice but we were like for a tourist attraction. I think it should be better if you do this unexpectedly, for example one day you come on the dormitory with soviet and collect us. Like if there was no choice. It's good think but when we know it's a tourist attraction you can not keep serious.

Anyway we thank you for everything and it was finally a good experience.
