What.Where.When?

Programme of the event:

  • Excursion in the Genocide museum and prison of the KGB (Vilnius, Lukiskiu square) – 1 hour
  • Trip to the Bunker territory by bus – 30-40 min
  • Arrival to the territory, introduction and a trip by a Soviet truck to Gulag – 15 min
  • Gulag programme in the Bunker and its fenced territory – 2 hours
  • Prisoners’ dinner in the canteen in the Bunker – 15 min
  • “Amnesty” and return to freedom – 15 min
  • European snack, discussion with actors, possibility to take pictures and write comments – 30 min
  • Return to Vilnius by bus – 30-40 min

Language of the event – Russian with simultaneous translation into English

  2. December 11th, 4 p.m – night version. International group of students
  3. January 16th, 12 p.m. – International group of EU students
  4. January 22nd , 3 p.m – night version. Ergli Secondary school (Latvia) and Lithuanian students
  5. January 29th, 5 p.m - Tourism club "Remoss" (Latvia), Ergli vocational school (Latvia) and Vilnius Martynas Mažvydas secondary school.
  6. February 12th, 2 p.m - EU students and Salaspils Secondary school (Latvia) .
  7. February 18th, 2 p.m - EU students and Salaspils Secondary school (Latvia)
  8. February 26th, 2 p.m -  EU students, Academy of Defence (Poland) ir Salaspils Secondary school (Latvia)
  9. March 5th,3 p.m- EU students, Latvian students and Lithuanian  students

March 9th 5 p.m in the Museum of Genocide Victims - final conference :“Deportation Day: Live History Lesson: Neve argain" ,with participation of former political prisoners and members of all 9 groups. Presentation of the DVD .
